| Classic Trap Game |

Tonight is a classic trap game for the Canes. They've won 10 consecutive home games and 8 straight over all. They've clinched a playoff spot after struggling all season to stick around the #8 spot. On top of that the Rangers lost on Sunday which means the Canes cannot finnish #8 and the Canadiens lost last night, so it's down to a fight for the 4 thru 6 spot, with an outside shot they fall to 7. Tonight the Islanders come to town, a team that's much worse than the competition they've been playing, and beating, recently. Only one thing staves off the trap game and that's a ton of energy from #59, Chad LaRose. Who cares if the song is about a big woman.

That's right, a sucktastic song from the 80's was re-mixed in to the most awesome background music for a fight scene ever. How is this possible? Well, it is New Order, they did get better. But, like Depeche Mode, some of that early stuff sucks. No one would re-mix "Everything Counts" (Grabbing Hands song). Another mystery that defies explanation.
